603 Manufacturing is looking for a meticulous Process Engineer to enhance their New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This role involves developing effective manufacturing processes, supporting product introductions, and managing electrical test development for cable assemblies.

What you'll do

• Lead the introduction of new cable and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Review engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Develop manufacturing processes for quality and repeatability.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Establish inspection points and quality controls.
• Troubleshoot test failures in electrical test development.

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering
• Experience with cable assemblies
• Electrical schematic interpretation
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Technical documentation skills
• Cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
