About this role

Trace3 is seeking a Test Engineer I to work onsite in Colorado Springs, supporting NORAD on the ITW/AA and NISSC II projects. The role involves testing engineering software applications and collaborating with Agile teams to refine testing strategies and ensure compliance with operational standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive testing of engineering software applications.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Provide diagnostic support for software processing issues.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to optimize testing approaches.
• Lead teams in developing testing strategies.
• Participate in Agile and project meetings.

• 3+ years of related experience
• Software/systems testing and verification experience
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development
• Experience in Continuous Integration environments
• Automated testing development experience
• BS degree in scientific or engineering discipline (preferred)
