What you'll do
- Develop relationships with Toyota Engineers and management
- Monitor warranty issues to prevent recalls
- Report on warranty claims to TRAM Quality and Tokai Rika Japan
- Analyze and resolve warranty issues in North America
- Act as the primary contact for customers on warranty matters
- Document investigations and resolutions of warranty issues
