TREND Health Partners seeks a BI Engineer I to bridge operations and IT through data-driven insights. This remote role supports a healthcare payment integrity company by enabling collaboration between payers and providers using analytics and business intelligence.

• Conduct data-driven analysis to improve communication between operations and IT teams
• Work with operations, business technology, and client management stakeholders
• Support decision-making through business intelligence and analytics
• Develop insights to enhance internal workflows and processes
• Collaborate across departments to identify data needs and opportunities
