This role involves creating CI/CD pipelines, optimizing backend systems, and building observability tools while setting standards for future hires.
What you'll do
- Establish infrastructure standards and practices
- Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment
- Scale backend systems and identify potential bottlenecks
- Lead database strategy focusing on Postgres management
- Develop observability and telemetry for system performance
- Collaborate with backend engineers to strengthen core systems
