Marketing Technology Engineer
About this role
TRM Labs seeks a Marketing Technology Engineer to own the automation and AI layer of their marketing operations stack. You'll design agentic workflows, manage MarTech infrastructure, ensure output quality and observability, and make marketing-informed technical decisions across their funnel and pipeline systems.
What you'll do
- Provision, monitor, and operate marketing AI agents and automations end-to-end, including output verification and incident response
- Design and build agentic processes that eliminate manual marketing work while applying sound marketing judgment
- Instrument systems to track usage, output quality, and business value with alerts and dashboards for leadership
- Establish consistent definitions of core marketing concepts (territories, lead scoring, MQL/MQA, pipeline stages) across tools and product lines
- Administer and integrate the MarTech stack, enabling campaign teams to extend capabilities without engineering support for routine tasks
- Build production automation using no-code and code-based approaches that other teams depend on reliably
