Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating marketing campaigns and
initiatives across creative, production, digital, e-commerce, and go-to-market functions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, digitally savvy, and thrives in a fast-
paced, multi-brand environment. You will work closely with project managers, designers,
production staff, and brand stakeholders to ensure deliverables are executed on time and
to standard, with the opportunity to lead smaller projects from intake through launch as
you grow in the role

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Manage day-to-day task assignments, timelines, and updates in ClickUp for Owala
campaigns, product launches, and retail programs.
  • Route creative briefs, feedback, and approvals between marketing, design,
    production, and external agency teams.
  • Ensure all marketing assets are properly stored and linked in Air (digital asset
    management system).
  • Maintain project trackers, calendars, and reports to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Own smaller projects end to end, such as retailer-exclusive designs, promotional
campaigns, and content requests, from intake and scheduling through launch.

Campaign, Digital & Ecommerce Execution

  • Coordinate Owala campaign and promotional calendars, including seasonal sales,
product drops, and retailer exclusives, so every channel is launch-ready.
  • Track digital deliverables such as email, paid and organic social, website banners,
and product detail page (PDP) updates.
  • Partner with ecommerce, digital, and social teams to align asset timing with launch
    dates and promotional windows.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate product launches, licensed collaborations, and retail partner programs
    across multiple functions.
  • Track deliverables for production (print, digital, packaging, and content) to ensure
    deadlines are met.
  • Help prepare project status reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Support the implementation and development of new PM tools, templates, and
    process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related
    field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within marketing,
    creative, ecommerce, or CPG industries.
  • Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp preferred; Asana, Jira, or
    Monday acceptable).
  • Experience with digital asset management tools (Air or similar).
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and ecommerce, including email, social,
paid media, and DTC or marketplace (e.g., Amazon) site content.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or product launches from brief to go-
    live.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects
    simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Growth mindset with eagerness to learn project management methodologies and
    grow into leading projects independently

Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic. We value innovation through collaboration. And while we work smart and hard, we also connect and celebrate with equal gusto. We host team-building activities, athletic events, and seasonal celebrations to foster community and reward accomplishments. Bottom line? You’ll love it here.
