What you'll do
- Design 3D harness routes with considerations for maintainability
- Generate interconnect diagrams and schematics for power and data links
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure design adherence
- Analyze harnesses against quality standards
- Develop test equipment for testing purposes
- Create bill of materials for production coordination
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
- 2+ years of harness design experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Knowledge of grounding and shielding principles
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering
- Travel availability of 20%
