What you'll do

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure design adherence
  • Analyze harnesses against quality standards
  • Develop test equipment for testing purposes
  • Create bill of materials for production coordination

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
  • 2+ years of harness design experience
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
  • Knowledge of grounding and shielding principles
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering
  • Travel availability of 20%
