Electrical Engineer II, Harness (TS/SCI Clearance Required)

True Anomaly is seeking an Electrical Engineer II with TS/SCI Clearance to design and develop harness assemblies for spacecraft systems. The successful candidate will work on interconnecting vital electronics and power subsystems while collaborating with various engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Create 3D harness routes considering bend radius and maintainability.
• Generate electrical interconnect diagrams and schematics.
• Coordinate between engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Analyze harness designs for quality and reliability standards.
• Develop test equipment for testing processes.
• Support production to ensure design intent is achieved.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 2+ years of harness design experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Understanding of grounding and shielding principles
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time
