True Anomaly is seeking a GNC Engineer to lead the development of Guidance, Navigation, and Control systems for missile defense applications. The role requires expertise in algorithm design, software validation, and simulation for advanced missile systems, contributing to the company's mission of space security.
What you'll do
- Manage GNC system development for missile systems from design to deployment.
- Design and validate flight software and embedded algorithms.
- Develop navigation and state estimation algorithms.
- Create guidance laws and conduct high-fidelity simulations.
- Perform control analysis for stability assurance.
- Implement terminal guidance algorithms for target interception.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or physics field
- 5+ years of GNC engineering experience
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Python
