About this role
True Anomaly is seeking a Ground & Flight Test Engineer to plan and execute test campaigns for the Space-Based Interceptor program. This role focuses on integrating and coordinating test activities, ensuring safety compliance, and improving test processes.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute ground and flight test campaigns
- Develop test plans, procedures, and schedules
- Lead safety coordination and maintain safety documentation
- Interface with government customers and safety organizations
- Support test readiness reviews and investigations
- Manage risk and maximize knowledge gain from tests

- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
- 8–14 years of test planning experience
- Test plan and procedure development
- Hardware/software integration expertise
- System safety coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with verification methodologies
- Experience with military safety standards
