About this role
The Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer at TrueTandem will design and optimize secure virtual environments on Microsoft Azure for Intelligence customers, focusing on modernization and remote access solutions. The role requires expertise in zero-trust architecture and collaboration with cloud engineering teams within federal security domains.
What you'll do
- Architect and configure secure AVD environments across various enclaves
- Implement conditional access and network segmentation policies
- Manage deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Monitor AVD session performance and user experience
- Collaborate with Identity and Endpoint Management teams
- Support Authority to Operate processes for compliance
What they're looking for
- 7+ years in Microsoft environments
- 3+ years with Azure Virtual Desktop
- Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform expertise
- Experience with FSLogix and Azure Files
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
