Alma is seeking a Product Engineer to build their AI-powered legal platform from end-to-end. This role blends backend expertise with a growing frontend skillset, emphasizing ownership and a "can-do" attitude. You'll collaborate directly with the founding team and customers, leveraging AI tooling to rapidly deliver high-quality features and scale the platform.
What you'll do
- Build features end-to-end, encompassing backend architecture, API development, and frontend implementation.
- Translate user needs into shipped experiences, working alongside designers and product teams.
- Utilize AI tooling to accelerate development speed without compromising quality.
- Engage in the entire application lifecycle, including coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with customers (both internal legal teams and external clients) to improve workflows.
- Continuously improve the codebase and processes within a fast-paced environment.
