About this role
Tulip is seeking a DevX Engineer to champion AI enablement within their engineering organization. This role focuses on building internal tools and processes that empower engineers, streamlining their workflows from development to deployment. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to identify and implement AI solutions that enhance productivity and drive the digital transformation of industrial operations.
What you'll do
- Identify AI opportunities to improve the developer workflow (code generation, testing, etc.).
- Define architecture and standards for AI agent deployment and internal tool evaluation.
- Build and improve onboarding and discovery tools for internal engineering resources.
- Stay current on developer tooling trends to inform internal standards.
- Instrument and measure adoption of AI tools to prioritize future development.
- Contribute to internal learning programs and change management.
