AV & Event Engineer L2

Twilio is seeking an AV & Event Engineer L2 to support audiovisual needs in a remote and hybrid work environment. This role involves managing AV technology, providing event support, and assisting executives during conferences, all while staying current with the latest trends in the AV industry.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain AV equipment for office spaces and events
• Provide technical support during meetings and conferences
• Collaborate with event organizers on AV requirements
• Assist in planning and execution of remote events
• Provide executive support during industry events
• Stay updated on AV technology trends and recommend solutions

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in AV Technology or related field
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours
• Proficiency in Mac OS and familiarity with Windows OS
• Understanding of conference room signal flow
• Knowledge of standard AV equipment and peripherals
