Software Engineer

Twilio is seeking a Software Engineer (L2) for a remote position to enhance and scale Stytch's core identity product. The role involves building backend systems for authentication and partnering with leadership to deliver impactful features within a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

What you'll do

• Develop backend capabilities for Stytch's identity platform.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate customer needs into product features.
• Align architecture and platform capabilities across teams.
• Take technical ownership with design documentation and code review.
• Solve complex problems and enhance developer experiences.
• Improve production quality through observability and incident management.

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in cloud-based systems design
• Familiarity with modern programming languages
• RESTful API design experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work on-call rotation
• Familiarity with Go, TypeScript, and DynamoDB (desired)
• Experience building developer tools (desired)
