Software Engineer (L2)

What you'll do

• Design and implement distributed messaging and media systems
• Gather technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into solutions
• Manage code from development through deployment and provide operational support
• Resolve operational issues and enhance troubleshooting processes
• Contribute to backlog refinement and Agile ceremonies
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning

• Overall software development experience
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, C, C++
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with asynchronous communication (e.g., Kafka, SQS)
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
• Automation and testing skills
• Ability to learn new programming languages
• Agile team experience and customer focus
