Software Engineer (L3)

Twilio is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its Stytch team to enhance identity products and build backend APIs supporting authentication and authorization. What you'll do

• Develop and maintain backend capabilities for Stytch's identity platform.
• Work with product and engineering leadership to define and implement features.
• Collaborate with teams to align architecture and integrate capabilities.
• Lead technical decisions, author design documents, and review code.
• Solve complex problems and enhance developer experiences.
• Mentor fellow engineers to improve team strength and culture.

What they're looking for

• 6+ years in high-scale cloud-based systems.
• Proficient in modern programming languages.
• Experience with RESTful API design.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call.
• Familiarity with Go, TypeScript, DynamoDB (desired).
• Experience building developer tools or SDKs (desired).
