Field Service Engineer I, Development Program

Ultima Genomics is seeking a Field Service Engineer I for their Development Program, aimed at training individuals to provide on-site support for innovative genomic technologies. What you'll do

• Provide on-site service for customer accounts
• Analyze technical issues and communicate with customers
• Maintain records of tool configurations
• Manage customer relationships with R&D
• Exceed expectations in service and support
• Participate in root cause analysis investigations

What they're looking for

• BS in science or engineering
• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
• Ability to interpret technical documents
• Good interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Experience in biotech is a plus
• Motivated to work in a multidisciplinary team
