IT Support Engineer

About this role

Underdog is seeking an IT Support Engineer to streamline and enhance their internal IT operations as the company grows. The ideal candidate will manage hardware and software requests, automate workflows, and support identity management while delivering excellent customer service.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT requests
• Build and maintain automation workflows
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR
• Oversee Mac and Windows device lifecycle management
• Administer identity and access management systems
• Support IT security initiatives and audits

What they're looking for

• 2–4+ years in IT Support or Systems Administration
• Strong experience with Okta administration
• MDM platform experience (Kandji, Jumpcloud)
• Automation and scripting skills (Bash/Python)
• Google Workspace administration familiarity
• Customer service orientation
• Security compliance knowledge
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
