UTA is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to own and enhance their Configuration Management Database (CMDB). What you'll do
- Own and govern UTA’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Develop and maintain CMDB policies, standards, and procedures
- Optimize ServiceNow CMDB functionality and Discovery processes
- Collaborate with various teams to document and maintain application and service information
- Identify opportunities to automate CMDB maintenance and improve data quality
- Develop dashboards and reporting for CMDB health
