About this role

US Conec seeks an experienced CMM Programmer to develop and maintain metrology inspection programs using advanced dimensional measurement equipment. You'll validate product conformance to engineering specifications and collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement in precision manufacturing.

What you'll do

  • Develop and troubleshoot CMM programs using PC-DMIS, Calypso, PCMIS, or similar metrology software
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements to create accurate inspection strategies
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and First Article Inspections to verify compliance with specifications
  • Analyze dimensional data to identify trends, process variation, and nonconformances
  • Operate and maintain CMMs, FARO Arms, Romer Arms, and portable measurement systems
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities to improve manufacturing performance
