About this role
US Conec, Ltd. is looking for a Product Quality Engineer to enhance product quality for precision-engineered components. The role involves developing quality standards, collaborating with teams, and ensuring products meet high performance and reliability standards.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain automated dimensional inspection programs
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on 3D-printed fixtures
- Lead Engineering Test Run Evaluations and document results
- Create and manage SOPs and quality documentation
- Facilitate root cause investigations for quality issues
- Drive improvements in Supplier Quality through collaboration
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 2-4 years in quality engineering or similar role
- Experience with automated inspection equipment
- Proficient in SPC, FMEA, DMAIC
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Familiarity with GD&T principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
