What you'll do
- Investigate customer quality issues and conduct root cause analysis to implement corrective actions
- Partner with manufacturing teams to identify and execute process and product quality improvements
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with company standards
- Manage environmental compliance, responsible sourcing programs, and regulatory documentation
- Lead and participate in ISO 9001 internal audits and drive closure of audit findings
- Apply quality and statistical tools to improve product performance and process capability
