About this role

Kernel is seeking a Browser Security Engineer to strengthen and enhance their Chromium-based browser runtime for AI agents. This role involves debugging, implementing network isolation, and building internal tooling to protect against vulnerabilities.

  • Debug, patch, and optimize Chromium builds.
  • Implement and maintain network isolation and proxy routing.
  • Collaborate on unikernel-based isolation and kernel security policies.
  • Build internal tooling for binary analysis and crash triage.
  • Support secure supply chain and reproducible builds.
  • Maintain browser image security
