What you'll do

  • Take ownership of fluidized bed/chemical vapor deposition coater performance.
  • Refine and improve operating, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Lead root-cause investigations for equipment issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage cost and quality control.
  • Drive data management and reporting to support process improvement.
