Vantage is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the integration of customer cloud infrastructures into its cost management platform. The role emphasizes collaboration with technical teams to provide solutions, insights, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
What you'll do
- Lead technical aspects of the sales process including demos and presentations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and their engineering teams
- Convert client feedback into actionable insights for product development
- Facilitate escalations between engineering, product, and customer success teams
- Work closely with Account Executives to engage prospective clients
What they're looking for
- 3+ years in industry, including 1+ year in a Sales/Solutions Engineering role
- Experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Datadog, and Kubernetes
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal forms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and kind personality
