What you'll do

• Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability and assembly processes.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for avionics systems.
• Create and maintain manufacturing plans and work instructions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure supplier delivery of high-quality avionics components.
• Participate in design reviews and assist in quality control processes.
