Vast is seeking an Integration Build Engineer to support the construction and testing of artificial-gravity space stations, contributing to humanity's future in space. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, managing integration processes, and collaborating with various teams while actively problem-solving during production phases.

What you'll do

• Support integration operations and collaborate with technicians
• Ensure operations stay unblocked and address non-conformances
• Plan and coordinate testing procedures and schedules
• Collaborate across engineering teams to manage test requirements
• Develop and refine manufacturing processes for optimal efficiency
• Document non-conformances and lead corrective actions

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
• 4+ years of engineering experience
• Hands-on integration and testing experience
• Multi-person operational management skills
• Test planning and procedural writing expertise
• Familiarity with Linux and Python
• Ability to make independent judgments
• Adaptability in high-stress environments
