Vast is looking for a Fluid Systems Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative tube-bending and welding systems for their pioneering artificial-gravity space stations. This role requires collaboration with various engineering teams to enhance production efficiency while ensuring high quality standards.
What you'll do
- Develop and manufacture tube-bending and welding processes for the Haven-1 program.
- Create and maintain manufacturing plans and work instructions.
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing challenges through root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors for efficient production.
- Establish quality control processes with assurance teams.
- Continuously optimize production systems to enhance efficiency.
