Analyst - Computer Software Validation

About this role

Veeva Systems seeks a Computer Software Validation specialist to support clinical trial software implementations, specifically for their Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) platform. You'll collaborate with development and project management teams to ensure product quality and customer success in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

What you'll do

• Own the validation process for assigned RTSM implementation projects
• Collaborate with Development and Project Management teams on customer implementations
• Create technical documentation and validation protocols
• Support clinical trial software deployments and ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify and document product quality issues and improvements
• Communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams
