This remote, hands-on role involves system configuration, user setup, and technical support with no coding required, serving as a trusted advisor for customer success.

What you'll do

• Partner with customers to configure and deploy Vault CRM solutions
• Perform system solutioning and technical troubleshooting
• Set up users and manage post-implementation support
• Ensure customers fully leverage product capabilities
• Travel to customer sites as needed
• Drive customer success and adoption of AI-powered features
