Consultant - Software Implementation (Remote)

About this role

Veeva Systems seeks a remote Software Implementation Consultant to help life sciences customers deploy and optimize Vault CRM, an AI-powered platform. You'll provide hands-on technical support, system configuration, and user enablement to ensure clients achieve full product value.

What you'll do

• Partner with customers on Vault CRM implementation and post-launch optimization
• Perform system configuration, user setup, and technical troubleshooting
• Deliver customer-facing solutioning and best practices guidance
• Ensure clients leverage full capabilities of the CRM platform
• Support adoption and drive customer success outcomes
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert during implementations
