Consultant - Software Implementation (Remote)

About this role

Veeva Systems seeks a software implementation consultant to help life sciences customers deploy and maximize their Vault CRM platform. This remote, customer-facing role involves hands-on system configuration, user setup, and technical support to drive customer success with AI-powered CRM technology.

What you'll do

• Partner with customers to implement and optimize Vault CRM solutions
• Perform system configuration, user setup, and technical troubleshooting
• Ensure customers fully leverage product capabilities and AI features
• Provide post-implementation support and training
• Travel to customer sites as needed (proximity to airport required)
• Drive customer success and satisfaction throughout implementation lifecycle
