Veeva Systems seeks a Product Support Engineer in Budapest to provide technical support for their industry cloud platform serving life sciences companies. You'll troubleshoot complex customer issues, collaborate with development teams, and support internal stakeholders while working in a flexible work-anywhere environment.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for customers
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams on problem-solving
- Support internal teams including Consulting and Sales Engineering
- Learn and adapt quickly to new products and technologies
- Participate in optional weekend on-call coverage
- Document and communicate solutions effectively
