About this role

Venn is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as an AI transformation partner, embedding directly within enterprise client organizations. This role involves identifying and solving critical business challenges, building and deploying solutions rapidly, and shaping product roadmaps. You’ll be a hands-on leader, leveraging Venn’s platform to drive impactful results and scale solutions across clients.

What you'll do

  • Embed with client organizations to understand their business and tech stack.
  • Design, build, and release solutions on top of Venn’s platform and client data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute on product roadmaps.
  • Own the delivery and impact of solutions, incorporating learnings for future scaling.
  • Identify and address high-value business problems to build trust and deliver immediate value.
  • Travel up to 25% to work on-site with clients.
