Developer Success Engineer

Vercel is seeking a Developer Success Engineer (DSE) to enhance customer adoption and growth by guiding them through key technical processes. The role involves collaborating with diverse customers to ensure successful implementation, while creating documentation that facilitates continuous improvement and scalable support.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through technical processes for effective Vercel adoption and launch
• Provide implementation best practices for builds, caching, and web performance
• Resolve technical issues related to Next.js and serverless functions
• Identify growth opportunities for customers
• Create and maintain documentation and resources for internal and external use
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve complex issues

What they're looking for

• Expertise in Next.js and its ecosystem
• 3+ years in technical support or solutions engineering
• Troubleshooting skills for frontend systems and APIs
• Ability to diagnose and recommend solutions for technical issues
• Strong communication skills for technical explanations
• Experience using Vercel or similar platforms
• Passion for helping developers succeed
