What you'll do

• Identify and address platform risks before incidents occur
• Onboard services onto observability platforms like New Relic
• Configure Helm charts for applications on AWS EKS
• Maintain engineering tooling for software deployment and automation
• Develop integrations to improve engineering workflows
• Provide 24/7 incident response support for payment platforms
