What you'll do

  • Manage hardware and software assets in the CMDB, tracking deployments, licenses, warranties, and renewals to minimize operational and compliance risk
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and resolve discrepancies; monitor usage and compliance reporting to stakeholders
  • Handle software and hardware renewal cycles, including purchase requisitions, vendor negotiations, and invoice validation
  • Analyze asset data and processes to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities for cost reduction
  • Respond to vendor audits, license inquiries, and deployment requests in a timely manner
  • Document and improve TAM procedures, policies, and standards across the organization
