Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Ohio/Indiana, SLED

Verkada is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in Ohio, specializing in Cloud Security, IoT systems, and Networking, to drive growth among Fortune 500 clients. The role requires strong customer interaction skills, technical expertise, and frequent travel to support various engagements.

What you'll do

• Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert on Verkada products
• Respond to and overcome technical objections during the sales process
• Present solutions to customers at various levels within organizations
• Engage directly with customers and partners for deployments
• Travel over 50% of the time for business, customer, and partner interactions
• Support account executives to expand Verkada's market presence

What they're looking for

• Sales Engineering experience, particularly with Fortune 500 companies
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Networking fundamentals
• Experience in Cloud Security and IoT systems
• Knowledge of Linux systems and security surveillance
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Familiarity with Active Directory and APIs
• Technical certifications (AWS, CCNA, etc.) are a plus
