Technical Support Engineer

About this role

Verkada is seeking Technical Support Engineers to assist their enterprise customers with a range of cloud-managed building security products. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing installation guidance, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance the product.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot technical issues across hardware and software
• Educate customers on installation and configuration
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve bugs
• Write knowledge base articles
• Communicate complex technical matters to customers
• Own customer issues from start to finish

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
• Knowledge of computer networking and Linux
• Strong problem-solving abilities
