About this role

The Trade Support Engineer will provide production and technical support for clients using Vestmark's Wealth Management solutions. This hybrid role involves significant client interaction, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Assist clients with technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to order management and configuration settings.
  • Respond to internal alerts and notify clients of issues.
  • Conduct analysis and research to resolve customer support cases.
  • Contribute to support procedure documentation.
  • Train newer team members and manage case communications.
