Join Via's new AI Labs as a Forward Deployed Engineer and play a pivotal role in building AI-powered solutions for cities. This role offers the chance to shape a new team from the ground up, working directly with customers and city leaders to solve complex problems. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI products, from problem definition to deployment and iteration.
What you'll do
- Build and ship production-grade AI products end-to-end.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and iterate on solutions.
- Lead technical scoping workshops with city leaders.
- Contribute to intelligent tooling involving data consolidation and LLMs.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations teams.
- Write scalable backend and frontend code for AI features.
