About this role
Virio is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale the foundational systems powering their AI-driven content engine. You will own the end-to-end infrastructure, ensuring speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness as the company and user base grow. This is a full-time, in-person role in San Francisco focused on high-impact work and rapid career progression.
What you'll do
- Own core infrastructure including compute, orchestration, networking, and deployment.
- Architect and operate distributed systems for reliability, performance, and cost.
- Build and tune search, indexing, and caching layers.
- Manage data infrastructure including databases and data flows.
- Develop platform tooling, observability, and on-call practices.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to support AI workloads.
