About this role
Voxel is seeking a Tier 3 Support Engineer to tackle high-severity issues and ensure effective resolutions across their AI-driven safety platform. The role demands a mix of technical proficiency and strong communication skills to bridge Support and Engineering teams effectively.
What you'll do
- Resolve complex, high-severity escalations
- Conduct root cause analysis collaboratively with Engineering
- Act as a technical escalation point for Support teams
- Communicate with enterprise customers during incidents
- Identify improvement opportunities within the platform
- Develop troubleshooting frameworks and maintain knowledge resources
What they're looking for
- 2-4 years in technical support or engineering
- Deep networking and systems knowledge
- Proficient in source code navigation (Python, Typescript, Go, SQL)
- Experienced in high-severity incident management
- Strong communication skills under pressure
- Documentation and support tooling experience
