Voxel is seeking a Tier 3 Support Engineer to tackle high-severity issues and ensure effective resolutions across their AI-driven safety platform. The role demands a mix of technical proficiency and strong communication skills to bridge Support and Engineering teams effectively.

What you'll do

  • Resolve complex, high-severity escalations
  • Conduct root cause analysis collaboratively with Engineering
  • Act as a technical escalation point for Support teams
  • Communicate with enterprise customers during incidents
  • Identify improvement opportunities within the platform
  • Develop troubleshooting frameworks and maintain knowledge resources

What they're looking for

  • 2-4 years in technical support or engineering
  • Deep networking and systems knowledge
  • Proficient in source code navigation (Python, Typescript, Go, SQL)
  • Experienced in high-severity incident management
  • Strong communication skills under pressure
  • Documentation and support tooling experience
