What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end technical lifecycle of solid rocket propulsion programs.
• Manage cross-functional teams through design reviews and qualification.
• Ensure systems comply with technical data and budget constraints.
• Drive schedule performance and maintain focus on critical path.
• Cultivate internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Serve as the primary technical spokesperson for the program.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• 15 years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years in technical leadership for solid rocket motors.
• Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience in budget management and cost performance monitoring.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
