Process Engineer

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors and energetic materials in Pueblo, CO. This role involves collaboration with various teams for process development, implementation, and continuous improvement, contributing significantly in a mission-driven environment.

What you'll do

• Support all phases of process lifecycle from development to production.
• Design and implement manufacturing procedures and tooling.
• Facilitate transition from pilot scale to full production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and metrics reporting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field
• 3-5 years of process engineering experience
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong communication skills for technical documentation
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies
• Ability to analyze and interpret process data
