Voyager Technologies seeks a Project Engineer to lead end-to-end planning and execution of manufacturing capital and facility projects in Pueblo, CO. The role bridges Manufacturing Engineering, Automation & Controls, and external partners to deliver production line buildouts, automated systems, and facility upgrades on time and within budget.

What you'll do

  • Develop Statements of Work translating manufacturing requirements into scoped deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria
  • Build and manage project schedules across concurrent manufacturing buildouts, tracking critical path and flagging risks
  • Coordinate installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, robotic work cells, and controls infrastructure
  • Track equipment procurement and delivery status while communicating proactively with stakeholders and leadership
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier coordination, attending site walks and owner meetings as primary technical contact
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including SOWs, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning records
