Spacecraft Systems Engineer
About this role
Voyager Technologies seeks a Spacecraft Systems Engineer to lead the technical development and operation of lunar landers and space systems. You'll manage the full system engineering lifecycle—from requirements and design through testing and operations—while providing technical guidance to subsystem teams and collaborating with partners and customers.
What you'll do
- Design and develop lunar lander and space-based systems from concept through deployment
- Manage system requirements, technical budgets, fault management, and verification/validation planning across the program lifecycle
- Provide technical direction and guidance to systems and subsystem engineering teams
- Develop interface definition documents, interface control documents, and integration/operations plans with partners
- Serve as primary technical liaison between internal teams, partners, payload engineers, and customers
- Support technical proposals, prepare documentation, lead presentations, and communicate across disciplines to resolve risks
