Voyager seeks a Systems Engineer IV - ISR to play a vital role in developing cutting-edge signals intelligence systems for defense and space applications. This hybrid position, based in Folsom, CA or Beavercreek, OH, involves technical leadership from design to deployment, addressing complex engineering challenges in SIGINT systems.

What you'll do

• Lead technical requirements development and systems integration efforts
• Conduct technical trade studies for SIGINT systems
• Develop risk management and mitigation strategies
• Contribute to proposal generation including performance and cost
• Mentor teams in systems and software engineering
• Provide technical direction on system design and implementation

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with software-defined radios (SDRs)
• Knowledge of wireless communications systems
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic fundamentals
• Proficiency in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Experience in signal processing algorithm modeling
• Ability to work in technical teams effectively
